1.1. RT Sports operates within the Sports Authority of India (SAI) Kolkata Stadium and provides access to tennis courts, coaching programs, and related services.
1.2. All players, visitors, and members must comply with the rules and regulations of RT Sports and the Sports Authority of India (SAI).
1.3. RT Sports reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on our website and at the facility.
2.1. Court bookings must be made in advance through our official website, social media platforms, or in person at the facility.
2.2. Payments for bookings are non-refundable unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
2.3. Players must wear appropriate tennis attire and non-marking shoes while on the court.
2.4. RT Sports reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to maintenance, events, or unforeseen circumstances.
3.1. Enrollment in any coaching program requires full payment in advance.
3.2. Missed classes will not be compensated unless prior notice is given and a rescheduling option is available.
3.3. Players must adhere to the instructions of the assigned coach and maintain discipline during sessions.
3.4. RT Sports is not responsible for the performance outcomes of any training program.
4.1. All players and visitors are expected to maintain sportsmanship, respect, and discipline on and off the court.
4.2. Abusive language, harassment, or misconduct towards staff, coaches, or other players will not be tolerated and may lead to suspension or termination of access.
4.3. Any damage caused to the facility, equipment, or property due to negligence will be the responsibility of the individual involved.
5.1. Players participate at their own risk. RT Sports is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues arising during play or training.
5.2. Medical assistance will be provided in case of emergencies, but RT Sports is not responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
5.3. Personal belongings must be kept safe by individuals. RT Sports is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
6.1. All payments must be made via approved methods (online, UPI, or at the facility).
6.2. Fees for court bookings, coaching, or events are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6.3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
7.1. By entering the RT Sports facility, players and visitors consent to photography and videography for promotional purposes.
7.2. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the management in advance.
8.1. RT Sports reserves the right to terminate any membership or restrict access due to violations of the terms and conditions.
8.2. Any misconduct, rule violations, or fraudulent activities may result in immediate suspension without a refund.
